Where can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging on to www.fellora.com or fellora app. Once logged in, please click on the Account icon on the right-hand side of the footer on the App or the top right-hand corner of the website. Your order status can be viewed by clicking Account -> My Orders

Can I return products in case I do not like them?

We make every effort to ensure that customers receive adequate information about the products that we sell on Fellora. Once you have received the exact products ordered and they do not qualify for returns for any of the reasons stated below, you cannot return products once purchased and received.

Yes, you can. Fellora has an Easy 7 Day Return Policy and you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item or at an item level if you have ordered multiple items. Returns/Replacements are currently accepted only in the following cases: Close to Expiry – <6 months Expired Product Received Damaged Product received Defective Product received Price Mismatch – Billed Amount vs Physical Product Received Wrong Product received Apart from the above reasons, we shall not accept any return. You may raise a return/exchange for a product within 7 days from the date of delivery for the specified scenarios as mentioned in the Return/Exchange policy.

No, you cannot exchange the original product for a different product. However, exchanges are allowed for the same product or different sizes of the same variant provided the product qualifies for a return. You can also return the product and opt for a refund and later place a fresh order for the product of your choice.

I have just placed an order but I want to cancel it? How can I do so?

Please connect with us at immediately wthin 2 hour at care@fellora.com and we will cancel your order.

The refund for prepaid orders will be credited as per the timelines mentioned below. On order cancellation, the refund will be processed in the same E-Gift Voucher, Gift Card or SS wallet that was used while placing the order. We request you to hold on to the Gift card or E-Gift vouchers until your order is complete.

We will refund the entire order value on cancelation of your order. undelivered product only. if product once delivered than we will refund only original product value.

What payment modes can be used while placing an order?

There are multiple payment. options customers can choose from before proceeding with order placement. These options include Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, other Wallets, UPI, Fellora Wallet, Gift Cards, E-Gift Vouchers and Loyalty Card payment

In case of a failed transaction the amount is auto refunded the same day. However, it will be credited back to you as per the timelines shared by the bank/card policy.

Ideally, in this situation, the amount will get auto refunded back to your account within the stipulated timelines as per your bank’s policy.
